Cancellation Policy

Booking & Guest Policies At Silky Sensations by Judea, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure a seamless, professional, and personalized experience, please review the following booking guidelines prior to scheduling. Deposits A 20% non-refundable , non-transferable deposit is required to secure all hair care, color, and specialized hair & scalp treatment appointments. This deposit is applied toward your scheduled service and protects the time reserved specifically for you. ⸻ Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% service charge. • Same-day cancellations and missed appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. ⸻ Late Arrivals A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals beyond 10 minutes may result in a $25 late fee.
